Steps to Root Xiaomi Redmi 1s:-
1. Download update.zip from here.
2. Connect your Redmi 1s to your pc PC copy and paste the update.zip file into internal storage.
3. Disconnect your phone and safely remove it.
4. Go to updater app on your phone then tap on menu button.
5. Select update package.
6. Scroll down and select update.zip.
7.Tap Update let your phone reboot.
8. Once it reboots go to security app on your phone.
9. Go to permissions.
10. Check on Root Permissions and you are done.

Steps to UnRoot your Xiaomi Redmi 1s:-
1. Download unrootnative_redmi1s.zip from here.
2. Transfer the zip to your phone's internal storage.
3. Disconnect your phone from your pc.
4. Go to security app and then go to permissions.
5. Uncheck Root Permissions.
6.Go to updater app and tap on menu button.
7. Select update package.
8. Scroll Down and tap on unrootnative_redmi1s.zip and tap update.
9. Let your phone reboot and you are done.
